Prints (Founder Edition & Open Edition)
Prints are made to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please allow:
- Production: 2–5 business days to print your piece
- Transit: typically 3–7 business days within the US after production; international transit times vary by destination
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
Original artworks
Originals are shipped separately and individually by Edition House, not by our print partner. Because each piece is one of one, we ship it insured and with signature required on delivery. Please allow up to 10 business days after your auction closes for your original to ship — this also allows time for us to photograph the piece at print resolution before it leaves our hands (that photograph becomes the master file for the piece's founder edition prints).
We currently ship originals within the United States only. Originals cannot be shipped to PO boxes, since a signature is required.
Lost, damaged, or misprinted items
See our Refund & Return Policy — we'll replace or refund any print that arrives damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit, and we'll work with you on a resolution for a damaged original under its shipping insurance.
